One for the collectors . Roddy has an affiliation with Penn and the likeness to a Penn International is striking. Had a strip down service no faults found it is approximately a 6/0 size robust construction in Japan made in the 1960/70s of lasting materials ,decent bearings and drag system,alarm line payout, double dog system .comes in its dovetailed hardwood box, neck harness,tool and rod clamp,I will also enclose what I have found on Roddy and similar model. I think this to be a rare vintage reel but more than capable to land a descent size bill fish and more dependable than the rubbish being made and sold today!!!
