**The import details and only slightly boring business stuff you need to read (but seriously..please go ahead and read this):

I pride myself on my expert ability to package and ship items safely. Most single LP Records & 12? Records will be shipped in a 12 ¾ x 12 ¾ x 1? mailer with additional packing precautions. All CDs, DVDs, Cassettes, 8-tracks, and other small items will ship out in padded bubble mailers.  Depending on the availability, a larger item may arrive in a double taped new or used cardboard box with; air-bubbles, peanuts, padded mailers and packing paper.  I try to re-use as much packaging product as I can. I hope that you can help re-use some of it too. If you need extra attention given to your package because you have a small mailbox, live in an apartment building or have a carrier that thinks mail requires bending as part of the delivery process, just let me know. I have not nor will I ever give a courtesy refund for an item that you say you didn't get but says "delivered" on tracking. If you think there is a possibility of theft from your delivery address you need to shore that business up. Get a PO Box or have packages held at your local post office.

I'm glad to take a return on any item I sell, but please be aware that I do not pay return shipping. It is possible for you to be into your item for more money than your refund will cover after shipping two ways and possibly up to a 20% restocking fee. Something to think about (check below for more info on restocking fees). Any and all returns must be in like condition (sealed, shrink wrapped, unused etc...), insured with delivery confirmation and shipped same method received unless otherwise prompted. Returns go back to the same address they came to you from. Some items are sold as in the package collectibles, removing them from the packaging may suspend your buyer protection. Returns will have any and all original shipping costs (including "free" shipping) deducted before refunding and may have a restocking fee of up to 20%. Customers opting for exchange or replacement are exempt from restocking from returns & a customer requested cancel. Items damaged in the return process will be worked out through the insurance you purchased when you returned the item. If I find that I am at fault for damage or mis-shipment, I of course will take care of it. Any item refused, marked return to sender, undeliverable, vacant, etc. or comes without DC & insurance will be abandoned or ignored unless you make prior arrangements with me. Message me your tracking & insurance numbers before the package arrives please. It is easier and it protects both of us that way.Vintage software and media are sold as collectibles and not guaranteed to work or have perfect image quality. Music, game and other discs may be run on a professional buffer machine and then described as Like New. Used & Like New, DVD, CD & BluRay games and movies may or may not have intact digital download codes or coupons. My items come from many varied sources (it would be an impossibility to tell you the pedigree of every item I have for sale) sometimes but not always including; smoking households, homes with pets, ect.)We will under no circumstances alter the value of Internationally shipped items. Asking us to change the value of a package is illegal and we will absolutely not deal with it.             

I don't take payment besides paypal unless you pick the item up in person. If you pay by echeck, I open all unpaid item cases in 5 days, so better hope it clears when it is supposed to. If you are blocked or having some sort of difficulty and you really must buy one of my items, send me a message. I'll help you the best that I can.Need your item faster, like overnight? Please note that I cannot mail your item to anywhere but the address(s) you have on file with ebay. We do our best to resolve and prevent these issues from happening but unfortunately we are all human and we make mistakes.

Item damaged in the mail? Well, dangit. In buying an item from me you are agreeing to help out in any insurance claim. You get any given refund from me, I get my refund from the PO. To start, you show me a picture of the damage and the damaged packaging along with the correspondence or notes from the USPS.  We may end up working it out through insurance and the PO might need to take possession of the item or I may ask for a part to be mailed back, like a book cover or part of the box or I may call it a wash.  No refunds from returns are made until an item or partial item is returned. Remember you need to save any damaged packaging and the damaged item as it may need to be given to the PO as part of a claim. 

Item go missing? Well...I have online view-able tracking on every package so just let me know and both of us can easily look into it. If it is a week or more outside of delivery then we should both call the USPS. It will dramatically increase the chances of shaking loose any stuck packages within the system.

Don't be offended when I file Non-Paying Buyer after 5 days. It isn't personal, just with the bulk I am handling, it is easier to let ebay keep track of that. If you can't pay right away, it would be a good idea (and common courtesy) to ask if I mind before you buy. If you need a few extra days, I really don't mind at all.  I do mind if you don't ask. 

My handling time is 1 day, but most shipments go out in far less than 24 hours and even some within mere minutes of paying. I generally ship items out first thing in the morning and sometimes a second time in the afternoon. Feedback is automatically given out after you receive your item and are happy. 

Again, because this is super extra important: I cannot & will not ship to any address other than one you have on file with ebay! Make sure your address is correct before you checkout. If you have special delivery needs, you have to tell me before you buy because your item may already be on its way before your message is read.Firm but fair. The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window.-Up to 20% of item's price.

The buyer returns an item in the original condition more than 15 days past the return window. The 15 days allow for return transportation from the buyer to the seller.-Up to 20% of item's price.

The buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier.           

-No. The seller pays for return shipping, but may file a claim with the carrier or insurance company, if insurance was purchased.

The buyer receives damaged or defective item.           

-No. The seller can file a claim with the carrier or insurance company, if insurance was purchased.

The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns a non-media item within the return window, but the seller receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer.-Up to 50% of item's price.

The buyer returns a book within the return window with obvious signs of use.           

-Yes. Up to 50% of item's price.

The buyer returns a CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassette tape, or vinyl record within the return window that has been opened (taken out of the plastic wrap).-Up to 50% of item's price.

The buyer returns an item they received materially different from what they ordered.

All returns will be subject to a restocking fee that is equal to 20% of the item price. If free shipping is included, the price of shipping is subtracted before the 20% restocking fee is calculated. Shipping is not refunded.
