SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

• Orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 days (excluding weekends) after payment is received. Expedited shipping is available via Aramex and DHL Express, while standard shipping is available via Kurasi.

• After shipping out your items, we will update the order status to "Shipped" and provide a tracking number. In most destination countries, your order will arrive within 7-10 days for expedited shipping via Aramex and DHL Express, and approximately 15-21 days for standard shipping via Kurasi.

• Please note that we do not deliver on public holidays.
