I am not an expert- just describing what I see.
The sheath has some loose threads in the Gerber name.
I would consider the tool to be in good condition.
There are a few spots of discoloration- some may come off- I did not try to clean it.
I believe there is some rust on edge of pliers.
I believe it is all working the way it is supposed to.
Very little scratching.
Estate sale find.
I can't say how or where it may have been stored.
