Some rust on the chin strap fittings but this is very common
Cant See marking But Large Approx 59-61cm

I've never removed the cover so its as issued
Has some tape on Chin Strap But thats not repair - was done by original user to secure it & stop it flapping about in use - Could be removed but Ive chosen to leave it in original state
