USSR "Zorkiy" rangefinder camera, manufactured by the Krasnogorsk Mechanical Plant (KMZ).

Good, working condition. Year of manufacture: 1955.

Origin: This camera is an almost exact copy of the pre-war "FED" camera, which, in turn, was based on the design of the German Leica II.

Lens: This example is equipped with an "Industar-22" Red P lens with a focal length of 50 mm and a maximum aperture of f/3.5.

Features:

Since 1950, the shutter release button on "Zorkiy" cameras has been threaded for a cable release.

The device has two separate windows on the front panel: the left one is for the rangefinder (for aligning images for focusing), and the right one is a viewfinder for framing.

Shutter speeds can only be set with the shutter cocked!!!

Specifications

Film type: 135 (35mm film) with a frame size of 24x36mm.

Shutter: Mechanical, focal-plane shutter with fabric curtains.

Shutter speeds: Standard included 1/20, 1/30, 1/40, 1/60, 1/100, 1/200, 1/500 seconds, and "B" (bulb).

Lens mount: M39x1 threaded connection.
