Rare 1/18 UT 1996 LAPD Chevrolet Caprice Minor Blemishes Original Owner *READ*

You are bidding on a used rare 1/18 scale fully assembled diecast metal model of a Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) 1996 Chevrolet Caprice 4 door sedan police car in its iconic black and white livery manufactured by UT Models, one of the preeminent manufacturers of precision diecast auto replicas.

This large, heavy model is exquisitely detailed with radio, antennas, period correct emergency roof light bar-siren, fully detailed engine compartment, authentic LAPD emblems, opening front doors, as well as steerable front wheels, as depicted. The model was purchased NEW and comes from a smoke free home. There is no box. The item has been displayed on a shelf since it was purchased many years ago. The model is no longer in production, extremely rare and virtually unobtainable on the open market today and will likely never be produced again.

Note: There are minor blemishes as depicted in the photos which, in my opinion, do not detract from the model’s overall appearance and can be rectified with some basic modeling skills. The obvious blemishes include missing spotlights on the front pillars, chrome mouldings, front grill and rear license plate that need to be refurbished. Please review the pictures of the item for additional blemishes, defects, damage, or inaccuracies that might affect your bidding decision as what you see is what you get.
