Pre-orders are the best way to guarantee a copy of your favourite movie to add to your collection.
If you purchase an item before its release date, it is considered a pre-order.
eBay Pre-Orders Policy:
- Pre-orders are shipped no later than the day after the posted release date. Unless there is a delay due to the manufacturer or distributor which will be communicated to the best of our ability and knowledge. Movies are typically received a few days before the release date and may be shipped out early.

Refund Policy:
- No refunds on pre-orders (exceptions apply if the studio cancels the release).
- Studio release dates are subject to change and are beyond our control.
- If the release date changes, we will update you with the new dates as provided by the distributor.
- Please disregard eBay shipping dates and timeframes. Refer to the dates in the item title for accurate shipping information.
- Due to eBay requirements, your pre-order will be marked as “Shipped” but will not be physically shipped until we receive the item from the distributor.
