This is a rare and out of print (1 of 500) scale model of the Margaret Lee Van Buren Center for Creation and Activity. Sadly, this arrived with a chip on the top front of the base (see pics). I re-attached the chip but you can still see the crack line. It is small and unnoticeable from the front.
