Small Package
Orders placed before 9 a.m. EST typically ship out the same day; later orders will ship the next day unless otherwise requested.
Packages weighing less than 150 lbs. will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS to the lower 48 states. We do not ship to US territories.
Overnight shipping is available for most items.
Items with free shipping will not have an overnight shipping option; reach out to us if you need such an item expedited.
We can also ship to your UPS or FedEx account if preferred. If you want this shipped to your account, please check out with local pickup as the shipping option and provide us with your account number. We will need to know the zip code the account bills to and your desired shipping service (ground, 2-day, or overnight).
If this is an urgent need and same-day delivery is required, reach out to us for courier options.
Truck Freight
Larger items are shipped via truck. Freight typically ships out the day after payment has been received.
If you need a freight quote for an item, we will need to know the zip code the item ships to, whether it is a commercial or residential address, and if liftgate service is required.
To schedule freight, we will need the complete address with the company name and phone number. We will also need to know if the item is shipping to a commercial or residential address and if a forklift or loading dock is available.
If the item is listed with Flat Rate Freight, the shipping price is only for shipping to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift to unload in the lower 48 states. If such an item ships to a residence or liftgate service is required, the buyer will need to pay additional fees or the order will be cancelled.
If you would prefer to schedule the freight pickup yourself, we will provide basic freight preparation free of charge. If the item needs special preparation, such as crating, reach out to us for a quote. We typically prepare freight items the day after payment is received. If you are scheduling the freight on your end, you will need to schedule the pickup and email us a copy of the BOL.

International Shipping
Most items are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program. With the eBay International Shipping Program, we ship the order to a domestic address that eBay specifies, and eBay handles the shipping from there to the final destination. We are only able to track the package to the domestic address we ship to.
We can also ship internationally via UPS or FedEx, reach out to us if you would like to have a quote for such.
The actual purchase price will be shown on the invoice. We will not change prices on invoices or mark the package as a gift.
We do not schedule international truck freight but can prep items for such if you would like to arrange it on your end and provide us with the documents.

We accept payments in the forms of cash, check, wire transfer, ACH, credit card (or payment options listed on eBay at checkout for eBay purchases. Payment will need to clear before item will ship. All items are also available for direct purchase at our warehouse.

Returns
30-day Hassle-free Return
We strive for customer satisfaction and offer a 30-day hassle-free return option on most of our items. If The item is listed as parts or repair, and is not returnable. The 30-day return period starts once you have received the item.
After 30 days have passed, the item is no longer returnable. If you have changed your mind about purchasing the item, you will need to pay the original shipping cost. and the cost of return shipping.
Once the return has been received and inspected, a refund for the the purchase price of the item will be refunded.
In the event that you receive a defective item or an item incorrectly described, we will refund the purchase price, including the original shipping cost.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ARROW INDUSTRIAL SALES, LLC TO BUYER FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) ARISING FROM THE AGREEMENT, THE SALE OF EQUIPMENT, OR THE USE OF SAID EQUIPMENT IN THE AGGREGATE THE TOTAL SHALL BE NO MORE THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE.
- Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the equipment provided to Buyer is provided on an “as is and where is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular use.
- Indemnification: Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seller, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns from and against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs made by any third party including, but not limited to, Buyer’s due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement, your improper use of the purchased equipment, your violation of any law of the rights of a third party, or any breach of the representations, warranties, or covenants set out in this agreement.
Termination, Rescission, and Default:
- A. Arrow Industrial Sales, LLC shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate this agreement, in whole or in part, if you fail to pay the proper sum for the equipment, Buyer has violated applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, or termination is required for fraud prevention, risk assessment, security, or investigation purposes.
- B. Seller makes no representations in regards to the equipment being purchased by Buyer and Buyer assumes the entire risk as to the quality, condition, or adequacy of said equipment. Buyer shall be solely responsible for installation or operation of said equipment and for any latent or unknown defects in regards to said equipment.
- C. If the Buyer fails to pick up the equipment by the specific pick-up date, the Buyer will be placed in default and will be subject to damages and liabilities to the Seller including, but not limited to, all storage fees, administrative fees, and the amount of any reduction in sales price upon resale of the goods by the Seller. Pending payment of the Buyer’s default, penalties, and any other assessed claims, damages, liabilities, and fees, the defaulting Buyer will be barred from bidding on any other listings on this or any other affiliated websites.
