The Agilent 8453 diode-array UV-Vis spectrophotometer captures the full spectrum in a fast scan, delivering results in under a second without moving optical parts. Its single-beam design supports stable measurements with low noise and strong run-to-run reproducibility. The system includes GLP-ready features such as time and date stamping via an internal clock, along with built-in self-test routines to support routine verification. A compact footprint and open sample area make it easy to load samples and accommodate common accessories like cell holders, multi-cell transports, and sipper systems. Control is handled through a PC using ChemStation software for method setup, acquisition, and reporting.
