Delivery
All deliveries to UK mainland are free postage. UK mainland excludes the Highlands, Islands, British Isles, Northern Island and Republic of Ireland. For any delivery address outside of UK mainland, please message us for a postage quote before purchasing the listed product. We cannot accept liability for items not delivered by our couriers on time.
Returns
1. Always contact us first. We cannot process a return if you do not email us.
2. We can only accept returns if they are either genuinely faulty or in pristine condition (have not been fitted and in original unmarked packaging).
3. Returns received by us 30 days or more after the date of despatch will not be accepted unless specifically agreed beforehand.
4. We will process your return as quickly as possible to action whatever we have agreed over email (refund, replacement or exchange).
Warranty
The company warrants all goods supplied by it to be
free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use for 12 months
from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. This warranty is
applied only to products supplied and is limited either to the replacement of
the product or a refund of the purchase value. This does not extend to defects
caused by wear and tear, accidental damage, water and oil damage, corrosion, neglect,
or misuse.
Limitation of Liability
We accept no liability for consequential damage, loss,
or personal injury of whatsoever kind as a result of the use of any goods sold
by us nor can we undertake to bear the cost of any work involved in refitting a
new or repaired part.
