The Petzl ASTRO BOD FAST is an ultra-comfortable full-body harness designed for efficiency in rope access and complex rescue operations. This is the International Version, certified to both ANSI/CSA (North American) and CE (European) standards, making it suitable for any job site globally. Its defining feature is the Gated Ventral Attachment Point, which allows you to attach equipment (like a lanyard, descender, or podium seat) directly to the harness axle without using extra carabiners. This reduces bulk and keeps your system compact. It comes with an integrated CROLL L ventral rope clamp designed for efficient rope ascents. The "FAST" in the name refers to the automatic FAST LT buckles on the leg loops, allowing you to don the harness with feet on the ground—even while wearing heavy boots. The wide, semi-rigid waistbelt and leg loops are lined with breathable 3D foam for maximum comfort during long suspension jobs.
